Mediation Information & assessment meeting
(MIAM)Sulh
In Islamic law divorce is considered as last resort to end a marriage in case of dispute and irreconcilable differences between the parties. Otherwise, Islam not only encourages mediation between the parties but has obligated it on the families and parties to try all venues available to them to save their marriage. If the parties are unable to find a mutually acceptable solution, then as a last resort, should part their ways and dissolve their marriage. Our experts can refer the families to MIAM experts to advise them to settle their matters outside the court to avoid divorce and family break ups.
MIAM is the most important tool to resolve the disputes between the families rather than going to the courts and spending extensive amounts of money. Our experts can assist and support clients through the mediation process in accordance with the principles of Shari’a law.
